Employees cannot use writ petition for enforcement of personal contractual rights

The Supreme Court in writ petition (Crl.) No.142 OF 2018, Ramesh Sanka vs Union of India, has held that employees cannot be granted a writ under Article 32 of the Constitution of India for claiming enforcement of any personal contractual rights against their employers.
