In Gurdeep Singh v. State of Punjab, the High Court of Punjab and Haryana stating that  the allegations on the petitioner to be of serious offence, refused to grant  anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in FIR registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 and 120-B of the Penal Code
